my recent stay was fantastic, as I found myself just a few steps away from the magnificent Arc de Triomphe and only a pleasant 40-minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, making my city exploration effortless and enjoyable.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with balloons and a heartfelt birthday note for my daughter, making our stay truly memorable. The staff's thoughtful touches made it extra special.

While our room was delightful, we could have used a bit more storage space for clothes, like a chest of drawers.

We enjoyed five nights in the spacious Deluxe Family Room. The kids loved the nearby attractions, especially Disneyland, just a metro ride away. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. A wonderful touch was the night porter’s advice on local spots. Remember to ask for window locks for safety!

Despite the appealing aspects, our experience was marred by a few notable issues. The elevator was out of service, forcing us to hike up to the sixth floor with no bags, which felt misleading after reading about their amenities. The video setup in the spa didn’t function, disappointing our evening plans. Plus, some minor inconveniences, like a leaky shower and basic breakfast options, were also frustrating. While these weren't total deal-breakers, they chipped away at the overall enjoyment.

Great location, slightly worn

We stayed 6 nights and the location is awesome—just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe and plenty of eateries. The staff was super nice and we enjoyed daily cake and lemonade in the lobby. But the hotel could really use a facelift. the carpets and paint just feel old. Breakfast wasn't truly worth the price, so we skipped it.
